We made and sell Draft Enders because we wanted to help the environment and make people's lives better, not to get rich.  Having a living trust and no children, the bulk of our estate will be donated to the San Diego Foundation for the arts and the environment. Twenty percent of the net profits will go to half to the Sierra Club and half to the Environment Defense Fund.

Our apple orchard allows us to educate school, church, and family groups about apples and apple growing at our U-pick orchard.  With our well and our solar system, we try to live softly on the land.
